Can I use my international driver’s license?
Valid drivers licenses issued in your state or country is acceptable as well as international licenses.

Do I need insurance?
Yes, insurance is required by state law.

What are your age requirements?
Minimum age is 21 years olds . Age 21-24 years  , additional fee will be applied .

Age 25 and older , no additional fees

Do you pick up and drop off customers?
First 10 miles free.

Do you deliver and pick up the vehicle?
Yes, we provide these services At additional Costs.

Do you deliver at the hotels?
Yes, we do deliver at hotels but customers would need to be present to sign rental contract at additional cost

Deposit

Do I need a deposit?
Yes, a deposit is required for security purposes. The amount of the requested deposit will be returned to you after you return the car

How much is the deposit?
The deposits is based on the type of vehicle, usually from $250.00 to $500.00 .

Cancellation Policy :

You have 72 hours prior to rental date to cancel if you must. Any cancellation made after or no shows are subject to charge. Plus any other fees applicable.

Type of vehicles

What type of vehicles do you have?
We have 15 passenger vans, 12 passenger vans, 11 passenger vans, 8 passenger full size vans, 7 passenger mini vans,and cargo vans , Luxury SUV

Do you have air conditioned cars?
Yes, all our cars have air conditioning.

Do you rent cars by the hour?
Yes, cars can be rented by the hour , driver included , with a minimum of 4 hours.

Accessories

Do you offer accessories with your rentals?
We do have accessories that can be rented with the vehicles. The accessory option are a child booster seats and or GPS systems.

Additional charges

Is there an additional charge for more than one driver?
Yes, additional charges apply when rental vehicle is to be driven by more than one person .

Is there an additional charge for fuel?
Fuel must be brought back the same way it was given to you. If the van is not full, we will go fill it up. An additional charge may apply to total amount of rental.

Is there an additional charge for underage?
Yes, it only applies to customers that are 21-24 years old.

What is the Mileage Restriction on  vans?
Cargo vans come with 150 miles per day. After that it is 49 cents per mile

Out-of-state

Can I drive out-of-state?

Yes. Vans can be driven out of state but you must inform the rental agent of where you will be going with the van before you leave the office.

Unlimited Mileage :

Unlimited Mileage only applies to rentals of 3 days or more within the states of MD, DC and VA .

Discounts

If I rent a vehicle for a month or more can I get a good price?
Yes, vehicles can be rented by the month or more to receive a special offer.

Returning vehicles

If I have a flight leaving during your closing hours, is there anywhere I can leave your vehicle?
Yes, we have a drop off service. Let us know in advance for instructions on where to leave your vehicle.
