Yes. Renters must be 25 years of age or older and have a valid driver’s license in order to rent one of our vehicles.
The underage surcharge for drivers between the ages of 21 and 24 is $25 per day. Renters between the ages of 21 and 24 may rent the following vehicle classes: Economy through Full Size cars, Cargo and Minivans, Pickup Trucks, and Compact, Small and Standard SUVs with seating up to 5 passengers.

Yes. At the time of rental, Renter must provide evidence of a transferrable auto collision, comprehensive and liability policy for the following vehicle classes: Full Size Luxury Sedan, Premium Luxury Sedan, Midsize Sport Luxury Sedan, Electric Luxury Sedan, Premium Luxury SUV, Extended Luxury SUV, Electric Luxury SUV, Limo Van,12-15 passenger vans and Corvette.
We offer customer pickup from local area within 5 miles and we also have a drop off site where you can pick up the car in Frederick .
To account for Renter potentially incurring additional amounts owed under the Contract, a deposit of $300, or $850 for the following vehicles classes: Performance Sport, Full Size Luxury SUV, Electric Luxury SUV, Full Size Elite Electric Sedan, Midsize Sport Luxury Sedan, Full Size Luxury Sedan, Premium Luxury Sedan, Electric Luxury Sedan, Premium Luxury SUV, Extended Luxury SUV, Limo Van, 12-15 passengers van and Corvette will be required from Renter at the time of the rental.
EK-Auvergne guarantees our vans with our no over-booking policy. We understand unforeseen events happen, but should you need to cancel your reservation, you will be charged $50, $100, or $299.99, depending on the type of vehicle you had reserved. You will be informed of which fee would apply prior to completing your reservation. There is no grace period; once a reservation is complete, a cancellation fee will apply in the event of a cancellation.
Pickup: Our office is located at 12345 Parklawn dr , Rockville MD 20852 . For the convenience of our customers, we also offer pickup and drop-off services to a variety of locations within 5 miles .
Drop-off: We do not offer after hours drop-off.

The minimum age to rent a 12- or 15-passenger van is 25. In certain cases, with manager approval, the minimum age may be 24.
All rentals come with a set amount of free miles (120). If you need other arrangements, we can put together a mileage package based on your needs. Contact us at 301-686-8466 for details. On most vehicles, once the free mileage limit has been reached, the fee is $0.35 per mile. Refer to your rental agreement for appropriate mileage charge.
Full Coverage insurance .Basic liability insurance is included in the rental price, that MD state Law requires.
Your car insurance may or may not cover the rental. You will need to contact your insurance company, and they will let you know whether or not you are covered. If you have full coverage insurance, that doesn’t mean your insurance will cover another vehicle. Many times insurance covers “like vehicles,” which means if you own a Camry, it will cover smaller vehicles but not larger vehicles such as a 15-passenger van.
The only credit card that provides CDW coverage for larger vehicles, such as 12- 15-passenger vans, is American Express Premium Car Rental Protection Program.
Probably, but it will depend on the type of luggage you and your party have. Duffel bags can be placed under the seats. Should you have a large amount of bags and/or gear, please inquire and request seat removal.
